We are looking for a sales-driven and money motivated individual to join our UK recruitment team.
Excellent English and neutral accent is required (a second European language i.e. French or German is preferred but not mandatory).
You will be working alongside the Director and New Business Consultant sourcing candidates, interviewing them and building our database.
Responsibilities:
- searching job boards daily for talent
- conducting 1st interviews
- emailing / messaging good candidates about specific opportunities
- adding talent to the database and updating regularly
- working towards daily KPIs and targets with weekly reviews each Friday
Requirements:
- degree and strong English, neutral accent
- target driven, money motivated and willingness to work hard + go the extra mile
- sales experience preferred but not mandatory
- second European language preferred (i.e. French or German) but not mandatory
