Teseteo is recruiting an experienced Team Leader to join us. You will be working directly with the CX Manager assisting in the effective running of a busy contact centre team.

Duties will include:

  • Quality control to ensure SLA’s are met
  • Triage and allocation of incoming e-mails and correspondence
  • Provide training and coaching to new and existing team members
  • Completing daily and weekly work plans based on available resource
  • Absence & performance management
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Handle customer escalations

The successful candidate will have previous experience of leading a team, be an excellent communicator & lead by example. The ability to remain calm under pressure and work without supervision is essential as a considerable amount of the hours worked will be covering when the Call Centre Manager is out of the office.
